Friday night, July 15th, starting around 6pm, enjoy a free gallery crawl in the NoDa arts district (around 36th and North Davidson Street.)
There are several free events taking place during the NoDa Gallery Crawl.
Local acts Margolnick and Luz are performing at Growlers Pourhouse, 3120 N. Davidson Street, at 10:30pm.
Erich Moffett will be doing live painting at Baku Art Gallery, 3200 North Davidson Street, starting around 4pm. His exhibit, Silver Dollar Symphony, focuses on buskers and street musicians.
The NoDa All Arts Market, a monthly event featuring artists and crafters of all genres, will be held at Neighborhood Theatre, starting at 6pm.
Salvador Deli present the free Four Hour Girl Power Rock Mini-Fest starting at 8:30pm. Four bands will perform.
Also, while you’re in NoDa check out the mural in progress at Matheson Bridge, at North Davidson Street and Matheson Avenue. It commemorates the Mecklenburg Declaration of Independence and it’s really something to see.
There will be an informal drum circle outside Smelly Cat Coffeehouse, 514 East 36th Street. It’s scheduled to start around 8pm but may be later.
Ultimate Gym offers its parking lot up for free parking at every Gallery Crawl. They are at 401 East 35th Street.
