Mint Museum has announced that they are reopening both museums to the public on February 5th, 2021.
Timed ticketing is in place to enforce occupancy limits, and masks are required. Free masks will be available for those who have forgotten to bring one. Social-distancing signage is in place throughout the museums.
In addition, the City of Charlotte, which owns both Mint Museum buildings, has outfitted the buildings with an air purification system that removes up to 99 percent of certain airborne viruses, mold and bacteria.
