Plan your week on the cheap with this list of 115 and counting  free events around Charlotte, from  Monday, June 29th, 2015, to Sunday, July 5th. Included in this list are some of the many 4th of July weekend festivals, parades and fireworks, but don’t overlook some really great events throughout the week, like a free craft session Monday, lots of live music throughout the week and some special presentations at local libraries from Discovery Place and Latta Plantation Nature Center.
