Charlotte Easter Egg HuntCharlotte and surrounding areas have many Easter Egg hunts and other holiday activities for kids. They’re all either free or very inexpensive. Make sure to bring a basket for your child. Follow each link to see the location, age recommendations and other information that you might need. This list will be updated as more information becomes available.

Easter Egg Explosion
This is not your typical Easter Egg hunt. We will decorate our eggs and then launch them at different targets. This activity is fun and messy.

In The Dark Egg Hunt
Hickory Grove Recreation Center
Search for eggs in the dark inside and outside using flashlights. Please bring your basket and flashlight. Hunt begins promptly on time and lasts until all eggs are found.

Kids will make crafts, play games, see the Easter Bunny and have fun hunting for eggs. Don’t forget your basket for hunting eggs and your camera for pictures with the Easter Bunny.

Ray’s Splash Planet
Join Ray’s Splash Planet for their annual Easter Egg Hunt in the water! Kids can jump in and hunt as many eggs as possible in the shallow water. Admission includes swimming, the egg hunt and the chance to meet the Easter Bunny. Children are separated into age
groups and need to bring their own “waterproof” baskets. For more information contact:
