Half price Sushi at Fiji Sushi Bar & Lounge 11/12
Another yummy deal from Eat My Charlotte. Fiji Sushi Bar & Lounge is offering up half price sushi, $2 beers, 1/2 price wine and sake bottles, free samples, and live music on Thursday, November 12th. A portion of the proceeds will be going to the American Cancer Society, so for you can eat good and do good at the same time. (I’d have come up with a much more clever line but it’s getting late.)

Unfortunately, Fiji Sushi Bar is consistently in a state of chaos even when slow. We waited 50 minutes for our food and canceled our order. We were offered a “buy one get one 1/2 price” coupon for the trouble and so were other patrons. I will never return there after last Thursday and neither will my friends. This was my 3rd time (1st time October 10, 2nd was on November 4th) eating there. I live, work, and play in Uptown. My wife and I were looking forward to Fiji opening, had a great time at the opening but it has fallen apart and is a major disapointment. If we want sushi, we will go to Room 112 or Enso or Fuji or will drive to Ru Sans. They do not have those problems and if they did I’m sure they would not further insult their guests with a “buy one get one 1/2 price” coupon. It’s obvious someone doesn’t know what they are doing there and that starts with the “friendly Italian owner” and his wife who isn’t friendly at all. I had to get up and ask for my check and she acted like I put her out. Please note I could never get through to make a reservation and when I left a message, my call was never returned.
I just want to extend my gratitude a lot for this indepth site. I already bookmarked your blog, when I’m not so busy I will have to have to do some thorough reading of your site. Well back to looking for goji berries health benefits

I find the restaurant to be really good. I went to Fiji for dinner and it was awesome, so far, the best sushi I’ve had. I usually have lunch there and it is normally packed, so it must be good!!!
