Free women’s self defense class 7/6/11

LadySafe Society offers free self defense classes for women once a month at Ultimate Gym, at 401 East 35th Street in NoDa.

Saturday, August 6th
12pm to 2pm.

Please wear light workout clothes and bring a water bottle and towel.
