Charlotte Valentine’s Day event at Mint Museum Randolph: A Date with Art 2/12/13

Charlotte Valentine’s Day event at Mint Museum Randolph. Every Tuesday night from 5pm to 9pm, both Mint Museums offer free admission. Once a month, from October, 2012, until May, 2013, one of the Mint Museum locations will present an ArtFusion program on the Free Tuesdays, from 6pm until 9pm. The programs will be free as well. The ArtFusion programs extend the exhibits by offering hands-on activities or relating the visual art to art of another medium, like fashion or food. Registration is not required.

Fall in love with art! Join us for a night of big band music and learn how to swing dance with Gottaswing Charlotte. Create a unique Valentine’s Day card, while enjoying sweet treats and drinks from the cash bar. Then go on a fun tour of the galleries and discover romantic works of art in the Mint Museum Randolph’s permanent collections. This program series is especially designed for adult audiences.
