A Golden Christmas at Reed Gold Mine 12/1/12

Reed Gold Mine’s Golden Christmas, on Saturday, December 1st, from 10am to 4pm, is a one of a kind event: Come enjoy the only Christmas candlelight tour you can take in the daytime! The underground mine tunnels will be decorated for the holidays and special holiday-themed tours will tell how Christmas was celebrated over the years at Reed Gold Mine. The Stamp Mill will also be open for tours, and the celebration continues in the Visitor Center with crafts, historical demonstrations, musical performances, and free refreshments. Admission is free and open to the public. Reed Gold Mine is at 9621 Reed Mine Rd. in Midland.
