Our dance company would like to offer one free class per person in the month of October. We offer Aerial Silk, Aerial Sling, Trapeze, Lyra (Aerial Hoop), Ballet, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, AirFit, and Deep Stretch. We also have a couple of workshops coming up for Contortion and Hand Balancing taught by a former Cirque du Soliel Performer. This is a great way to get into shape or just to have fun! Classes are offered for adults and children. We even have a Parent and Child class if they want to learn together.
