Carolina Place is holding Treat-O-Ween on Sunday, October 28th, 2012, from 12pm to 3pm at Center Court. Bring your costumed kids for Halloween fun, including trick or treat at select retailers, Radio Disney Halloween Dance Party, games and prizes, Halloween crafts from Small Hands, Big Art, stroller decorating contest, magic, stilt-walking, juggling and more.
