Providence Chamber Music Recital Series 11/11/12

Providence United Methodist Church, at 2810 Providence Road, has announced the schedule for the Providence Chamber Music Recital Series 2012/2013 This free concert series is celebrating its 30th year of presenting top-notch music to the community. The next performance is Sunday, November 11th, 2012, at 7pm.

Journey with the musicians from the Italian Baroque in 1693 to France in 1946 with Isabella Leonarda’s Sonata duodecima played on period instruments, Handel’s Passacaglia, Fantaisie for Violin and Harp, Op. 124 by Camille Saint-Saëns, and Joseph Canteloube’s Rustiques for reed trio.
