Food Day event for kids at Atherton Market 10/24/12

Atherton Mill and Market invites kids and their families to Food Day on Wednesday, October 24th, 2012, from 9am to 2pm. This event would be perfect for homeschoolers and parents with young children at home: Come join us for a day of fun and education at the Atherton Market, as we offer homesteading demonstrations by Cluck Around Urban Farm Supply. We’ll also read the traditional version of Stone Soup at 11 am, and make up a batch based on our very own seasonal recipe with the help of our young patrons. Atherton Market at Atherton Mill is at 2104 South Boulevard.
