Bass Pro Shops Summer Kickoff Event 5/26/12 & 5/27/12

Bass Pro Shops’ Summer Kickoff Event is a weekend of free activities for kids on Saturday, May 26th, 2012, and Sunday, May 27th. Bass Pro Shops is at Concord Mills.

Free Camping photo download: 11am to 4pm both days. Get a family “camping” photo taken. You can download it at home for free.

Free crafts
12pm to 4pm
Saturday: create a “sand art sun.”
Sunday: paint a wooden insect.

Summer kickoff challenge
11am to 4pm
Compete in these challenges. The first 100 kids to complete them each day will receive a bug glider.

• Sleeping bag race
• Tent set-up
• Metal detector treasure hunt
