Congratulations to the winner, Eric Gutkowski! To everyone else, the tickets are dirt cheap! Just $8. Go on out, support a local band, and have a great time.
Local Americana band Time Sawyer is celebrating the release of their third CD, Come On In…, with a CD release party at the Double Door Inn on Friday, May 11th, 2012. I’ve written about Time Sawyer before because I like them and I think you should check them out! Their upbeat folk-rock sound features catchy melodies, smart lyrics, and enough banjo picking to satisfy my banjo requirement. They occasionally throw in an Avett Brothers cover to remind us of one of their influences, but their sound is original.
The doors open at 9pm, the music starts at 10pm, and the tickets are only $8. ($2 extra for under 21. This is an 18+ show.)
If you win this contest, you will win:
1. 2 tickets to the show
2. A copy of their new CD, Come On In…

The winner will be randomly selected on Thursday, May 3rd. I’ll email the winner, who will have 48 hours to respond. The tickets and CD will be at the box office under the winner’s name.
Take a listen to The Crow, the first single from the CD.
