Guitar Center grand opening includes giveaways, free concert 4/19/12

Guitar Center will celebrate its grand opening at 8813 J W Clay Boulevard, at University Place, on Thursday, April 19th, 2012, at 7pm.

To celebrate, Guitar Center will be offering giveaways and special deals including free t-shirts to the first 1,000 customers, free restringing of instruments, 50% off your first month of lessons, and giveaways of Fender guitars and gift cards. There will also be “doorbuster” specials, such as 12 sets of Dunlop electric guitar strings for $29.99, while supplies last.

In addition, Guitar Center will be providing live music, courtesy of the band Lynam, as part of University Place’s spring concert series. Lynam will play at 7pm. Another band, Pushh, will play earlier.
