Prom Project – free prom dresses 4/7/12

Prom Project, presented by Girl Talk Foundation, offers girls a chance to get a free prom dress, shoes and accessories.

The program, held on Saturday, April 7th, from 10am to 3pm at ImaginOn, 300 East 7th Street, starts with an hour long workshop on etiquette, which includes that includes beauty, fashion and prom safety tips. Then high school girls can “shop” in the boutique, which is stocked with donated prom dresses, shoes, and accessories.

It’s free but you need to register. When you register you’ll be assigned a specific time.

Interested in donating a gently used dress or other items? You can drop them off at any of these seven locations. Your donations are tax deductible.
