Free women’s self defense class 2/4/12
LadySafe Society offers free self defense classes for women once a month at Ultimate Gym, at 401 East 35th Street in NoDa.
The next one is Saturday, February 4th, 2012, 12pm to 2pm.
Please wear light workout clothes and bring a water bottle and towel.
