Dionysia Play Festival at Northwest School of the Arts 1/13/12 & 1/14/12

Dionysia Play Festival takes place tonight, Friday, January 13th, 2012, and Saturday, January 14th, 7pm, at Northwest School of the Arts, 1415 Beatties Ford Road. This festival features five plays written, directed, and performed by Northwest students. Students create every aspect of these performances. Tickets at the door are only $5. Get a plate of Greek food to enjoy during the performance for an additional $5.

The five plays are:

-All In Your Head: written by Alma Washington and directed by Andrew Berenfeld.
-Essays Are Everyone’s Worst Nightmare: written by Justina Hauss and directed by Allen Bosbyshell.
-There’s No Time Like the Present: written by Zoe Zander and directed by Joseph Howard.
-Red Bean Congee: written by Sophia Zhang and directed by Regina Grier.
-Wenchefer’s Woes: written and directed by Lexis Hooton.
