Teens 12-18 are invited to a performance of Distant Relatives at Hickory Grove Library on February 21st, at 11am. Hickory Grove Library is at 5935 Hickory Grove Road. For questions, call 704-416-4400. Tuesday, February 21st is a teacher workday for Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools.
Oneaka Collective Inc. will perform Distant Relatives, an African ballet that tells the story of a people who, as a result of the African Diaspora, have distant relatives all around the world.
