Big sale on comics and games in Cornelius 1/15/11

I heard from a reliable source (you know who you are!) that Parker Banner Kent & Wayne – Comics & Games is having a huge sale on Saturday, January 15th, 10am to 10pm. Comics will be as low as 50 cents, Manga as low as $1 each, and board games will be up to 40% off.

I’ve been to this store, and although nobody in my family is into comics, I can tell you that the game selection is fantastic. I’m talking really smart games like Settlers of Catan and Ticket to Ride, not just Sorry and Monopoly. They even have a large area for playing games. I’m going to get a list of their regularly scheduled gaming activities and put that in a separate post soon.
